INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash your face with warm water.
  2. Remove mask from packet (keep packet) and apply to the under-eye area.
  3. Gently press the mask to create a firm fit and leave on for 15-20 mins.
  4. Remove and pat any serum left under the eyes into the skin.
  5. Replace under-eye masks back into the packet to be used for a second application. We recommend storing in the fridge once opened.

THE SCIENCE

This intensive under-eye treatment is designed for frequent use and contains only natural, clean ingredients. There is a vast vascular network right behind the skin under your eyes. This provides little coverage causing them to look dark in appearance, with fluid build-up also causing under-eyes to appear puffy. Some of this liquid contains the breakdown products of haemoglobin (a component of red blood cells), that contribute to its dark purplish colour. The unique blend of hydrating ingredients are specifically designed to combat these signs of puffiness, tiredness, and darkness under the eyes when used on a regular basis. We recommend placing the Collagen Under-Eye Masks in the fridge overnight for a cooling sensation and maximum reduction in under-eye puffiness.

No, the beauty of this product is that it is recommended for all skin types.
Why is there collagen in this product?
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body, designed for supporting skin strength and elasticity predominantly. Around your mid-twenties, collagen begins to decline by 1-2% each year resulting in thinner, dryer skin. Even though the actual skin pigment remains, the stretched skin causes increased transparency to the vascular network just below the under-eye surface. This is where collagen becomes an important addition to these under-eye masks, helping to improve their efficacy at reducing under-eye dark circles.
Do you have to wash your face before using them?
Yes! Under-eye masks work their best when applied to a clean face as this allows the natural ingredients to absorb efficiently into the skin. 
Should you wash your face after using them?
It’s recommended not to as this will remove some of the high-performance, natural ingredients that are helping reduce under-eye bags, dryness, and puffiness. If you find you have excess serum or moisture left on your skin after removing the eye masks, you can gently massage what’s remaining into your skin.

We are happy to partner with Sendle for all our domestic parcels. Sendle is a carbon neutral shipping company who offset their carbon footprint. Read all about their company here. All small letters will be shipped via Australia Post.

Shipment handling time is 1-2 business days, in most cases shipped next day.

If you urgently require your package, please choose express shipping. They will be shipped via Auspost for next day delivery (during this time Auspost cannot guarantee next day shipping and at times may take 2 days to deliver). Cut off time for express post to arrive by Friday is Wednesday 8pm (not guaranteed due to varied shipping times from AusPost. Shipment handling times remain the same. 

Domestic Australia

We offer a domestic flat rate shipping fee of $10 and takes between 5-7 days. Domestic shipping is free for orders over $250 (must be purchased in one transaction). At check out under shipping click the drop down arrow and select 'Free shipping over $250'.

Please note these items are unable to be shipped to Parcel Lockers.

Express post will be shipped via Auspost in their satchel and take 1-2 days. Shipping fee is dependant on weight and is calculated at checkout.

Local Pick Up

Pick up in Forest Lodge, Sydney is available. Select pick up at check out and I will contact you to set up a pick up day/time.

International

New Zealand

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $20 and takes between 4-6 days. 

For small items such as postcards & embroidered patches, the shipping fee is $18.

North America, Western Europe, Asia and the pacific

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $30 and takes between 8-13 working days. For small items such as postcards & embroidered patches, the shipping fee is $18.

Rest of the world

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $40 and takes between 10-15 working days. For small items such as postcards & embroidered patches, the shipping fee is $18.

Dear Love is happy to exchange or return items within 14 days of your purchase. These items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached. This includes branded dust bags and gift boxes if purchased. Please note exchanges are subject to item availability. If your item is unavailable we will offer a full refund.

Items that have been personalised or purchased on sale cannot be returned.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt with funds returned the same way they were received.

Unfortunately, at the moment we don't offer free postage on returns. For all change of mind returns, we recommend attending your local post office and selecting insured registered post as we are not liable for lost return parcels.

We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what are packing before we send. If however you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on product that has been personalised.
