Dear Love are proud to offer Hero Packaging satchels with each order. Their compostable mailers are home compostable and will biodegrade in 90-120 days. When you’ve finished the satchel, just put it in with your food scraps and garden waste, and before you know it, worms will be eating the satchel for breakfast. Read more about how it works here.
We also use No Issue for our custom printed tissue paper. They use soy-based inks and the tissue paper is completely acid free and FSC Certified. Read more about No Issue here.
Dear Love has partnered with Sendle to provide 100% carbon neutral shipping. Sendle has partnered with South Pole Group to offset the emissions of every parcel that is picked up and delivered with Sendle. Each year, Sendle's community of business owners have been given the opportunity to direct their impact by choosing the projects that offset Sendle's carbon emissions.
The paper used at head office is from Buy Eco Green Australia. The packing slips are printed on 100% post-consumer recycled brown paper, process chlorine free (PCF) and made in Australia. We also use their Cellophane bags for our Embroidered patch packaging. They are made from a biodegradable cellulose. The bags come from a new range of NatureFlex™ cellophane film which is certified to the European (EN13432) and American (ASTM D6400) norms for industrially biodegradable packaging. In addition they have been certified by Vincotte to the OK Compost home standard for home composting. As they are open ended, we use washi tape to close the packaging which is made from a japanese rice flour which means they from plastics and acid.
At Dear Love HQ
At Dear Love HQ, we strive to make each day a little bit better. We use a reusable cup when getting take away coffees, recycle and cut out the use of single use plastics.
Please note we are moving interstate and are unable to fulfil orders from Monday 15th of August to Wednesday the 31st of August. Cut off for orders to be fulfilled is 2pm, Sunday 14th of August. Orders received after that will be filled from Thursday the 1st of September and will take 1-2 handling days. Please do not order if you need your order urgently to avoid disappointment.

We are happy to partner with Sendle for all our domestic parcels. Sendle is a carbon neutral shipping company who offset their carbon footprint. Read all about their company here. All small letters will be shipped via Australia Post.
Shipment handling time is 1-2 business days, in most cases shipped next day.
If you urgently require your package, please choose express shipping. They will be shipped via Auspost for next day delivery (during this time Auspost cannot guarantee next day shipping and at times may take 2 days to deliver). Cut off time for express post to arrive by Friday is Wednesday 8pm (not guaranteed due to varied shipping times from AusPost. Shipment handling times remain the same.
We offer a domestic flat rate shipping fee of $10 and takes between 5-7 days. Domestic shipping is free for orders over $250 (must be purchased in one transaction). At check out under shipping click the drop down arrow and select 'Free shipping over $250'.
Please note these items are unable to be shipped to Parcel Lockers.
Express post will be shipped via Auspost in their satchel and take 1-2 days. Shipping fee is dependant on weight and is calculated at checkout.
Local Pick Up
Pick up in Forest Lodge, Sydney is available. Select pick up at check out and I will contact you to set up a pick up day/time.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $20 and takes between 4-6 days.
For small items such as postcards & embroidered patches, the shipping fee is $18.
North America, Western Europe, Asia and the pacific
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $30 and takes between 8-13 working days. For small items such as postcards & embroidered patches, the shipping fee is $18.
Rest of the world
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $40 and takes between 10-15 working days. For small items such as postcards & embroidered patches, the shipping fee is $18.
Please note that Dear Love are not responsible for any taxes that may occur in your country.
The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
Please note we are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched.
Sendle does not deliver to PO Box addresses, if that is the case for you, we will ship via AusPost.

Dear Love is happy to exchange or return items within 14 days of your purchase. These items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached. This includes branded dust bags and gift boxes if purchased. Please note exchanges are subject to item availability. If your item is unavailable we will offer a full refund.
Items that have been personalised or purchased on sale cannot be returned.
If your item matches all of these conditions please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt with funds returned the same way they were received.
Unfortunately, at the moment we don't offer free postage on returns. For all change of mind returns, we recommend attending your local post office and selecting insured registered post as we are not liable for lost return parcels.
We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what are packing before we send. If however you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on product that has been personalised.
