Do the gift boxes fit a wine or champagne bottle?
Our Large gift boxes are 10cm in depth internally and approximately 37cm diagonally. Internal Box Size: 30.5cm (W) x 22cm (L) x 10cm (D)
Can I personalise the inside of the gift box?
We do not offer personalisation on the inside of the gift box. However each gift box comes with a complimentary post card that is available in a variety of sayings such as, "Will you be my Bridesmaid?", "Will you be my Maid of Honour?", "Will you be my groomsman?", "Congratulations", "Happy Birthday", "Hello Baby" and many more.
I'm sending the gift box directly, can I personalise add a message to the post card?
Yes! We'd love to help you add a message. Leave a personalised message at the check out and we will add the message to the back of your selected postcard. We do not send proofs, please double check your message before checking out.
Will the robes be restocked?
If a robe is sold out, we currently do not have plans to re-stock.
How do I iron and take care of my robe?
Our Luna, Cara and Alys robe can be steamed or ironed. If steamed, we recommend that care is taken around the collar and that an iron be used in this area. Due to the interfacing structure, the steam can cause the interfacing to lift and cause bubbling. If this does occur please iron on low to medium heat with a cloth over the top, this will allow the glue to re-bond.
Hand wash your robe in cold water or spot clean where necessary.
IRON ON PATCHES
How do I apply the iron on patches?
- Position patches as desired with shiny glue side down.
- Cover with a cloth to protect your garment.
- Iron on medium heat with no steam for 20 seconds at a time until the patches are stuck down firmly.
- Turn garment inside out and iron for 20 more seconds.
- For maximum secureness sew patches to garment.
Can the iron on patches be applied to a fluffy robe?
Flat surfaces are recommended for the iron on patches, however they can be applied to a fluffy robe. We recommend that you stitch down with a machine in a few spots to ensure that they are secure.
Can I customise the design?
If you would like to customise the sash with a motif or particular font please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to help you out.
Do you sell embellished personalised denim jackets?
Currently our embellished personalised denim jackets are not available to purchase. They will be available in the future, should you wish to be notified when they will be back in stock please email email@example.com
Do you offer local pick up?
We offer local pick up from Forest Lodge (near Glebe), NSW 2037. We are flexible with pick up times and can offer after hours and weekend pick up times. After an order is place we will get in touch with you to organise a time. Please keep a look out in your inbox and junk box.
Will my order arrive on time?
Whilst we endeavour to pack your order in 1-2 business days, due to the current conditions shipping carriers are unable to guarantee on time delivery, including express post. Please read our shipping information here.
